Care & Handling
Display indoors and away from prolonged or direct sunlight — UV will fade pigments and weaken the resin over time. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush; avoid solvents, water, and abrasive cloths. Handle by the base where possible — the figure is built from 32 hand-assembled parts, and sudden impacts can stress the joints. If displaying with LEDs through the interior channels, use cool-white or warm-white at low intensity, and avoid heat-generating bulbs. Store in the original crate if relocating; the foam insert is keyed to the figure's geometry. For best display, secure parts with super glue or small embedded magnets — magnets allow easy disassembly for safe transport and LED maintenance.

When will my Masters Edition ship?+
Your piece ships within 5 working days of order confirmation. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on its way.
What is the cast made of?+
High-quality PLA resin.
Who paints the figures?+
Each Masters Edition piece is hand-painted by The Distant Veil.
How should I care for and display my piece?+
Display indoors and away from prolonged or direct sunlight, which can fade pigments and weaken the resin over time. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush.
Can I request a specific edition number, or swap mine after purchase?+
Edition numbers are assigned in order and cannot be requested or swapped after purchase.
Is the edition number transferable on resale? Do you maintain a collector registry?+
Edition numbers are tied to the physical piece and travel with it on resale. We do not currently maintain an owner registry.
Do you ship internationally? Who pays customs duties?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place): any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Do you offer payment plans?+
Payment plans are not currently offered. Full payment is taken at checkout.

Shipping & returns
What is your return window?+
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and in original condition.
What if my piece arrives damaged?+
Damage during shipping is the carrier's responsibility. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging — we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and provide all required documentation. Where carrier coverage proves insufficient, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Who pays for return shipping?+
Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be sent via a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
How are refunds processed?+
Once we receive the returned piece, we'll open and inspect it. Provided it arrives in original condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
